It gives you a strong and steady surge of energy without jitteriness. Highly recommend. Green tea has antioxidant/anti cancer properties as well.

My cousin was in visiting from Hawaii and being a fan of tea, I knew she’d love 3 Leaf. She ordered a latte with this matcha and LOVED it! She’s traveled all over and this was one of the best matcha lattes she’s ever had! 10/10 would recommend.

The BEST matcha I've ever had
